EXCHANGE / CHANGE YOUR MIND:We hope you love your purchases with Oriental Supermarket, but if you are unsatisfied with your items, change your mind or do an exchange, you can return your items for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new and unused condition and have all accompanied packaging and accessories when returned. Customer must contact customer service for the return or exchange request within 7 days, and we cannot accept any claims made after 7 days. Shipping and handling of return or exchange items will be at customer’s expense.
Please be aware that the following rules or exceptions are also applied:
- Original shipping fees are not refundable
- Packaging damage due to transportation given that taste or effect of the product does not change
- Melted or frozen products due to weather condition during transportation
- Snacks, food or beverages cannot be returned or exchanged
- Cosmetics or skin care products cannot be return or exchanged due to allergic reactions
- Intimate products such as sanitary pads, panty liners and leggings
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED / WRONG ITEMS:We always do a mindful inspection on every order to avoid any product damages or defects when they are prepared for shipping.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us by email (email@example.com) within 7 days of delivery along with clear image(s) of the defective or damaged parts. Any claims made later than 7 days are not acceptable. Providing multiple images and high resolution image will make it easier for us to work on your case to resolve the situation. Items must have all accompanied packaging and accessories when returned.
Please make sure proper shipping supplies are used in packaging, so that damages during delivery to us could be avoided.
We suggest using any original carton or packaging material if possible. After your claim is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email which can be printed off and attached to the return packaging of your item.
Once your return item is received by us, we will place a refund to your original method of payment or send a replacement piece along with an email notification.
Note: if you receive an appliance(s) that is not damaged on arrival but defective, please try to contact the manufacturer first as they can help you best with your product.
RETURN DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Customer has the obligation to make sure all shipping information are correct for order delivery. If an order is not delivered and returned to us by courier companies due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, we will provide refund to customer's original payment card; if an order is not delivered and abandoned by courier companies due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, we will not provide refund to customer's original payment card. Please be aware that original shipping cost is not refundable.
